Copying Specs in AutoCAD Plant 3D 2017.1

One new workflow introduced in the 2017.1 update is that you now need to use the project manager to copying specs to a project. Changes to the spec folder using Windows Explorer are no longer recognized, but using the project manager will update the spec list and reload the current spec.
